WHAT I DO?
I’m passionate about what I do. I eat, drink and breathe bodybuilding and fitness. Not only do I have 5+ years of practical experience, I have a significant amount of experience in training other people with their body/fitness goals. Whether that be through my online training programmes or in person face to face coaching.
I am continuously learning more and more about bodybuilding and fitness so that I can not only help improve and be the best version of myself, but so I can gain more knowledge to be able to provide clients with substantiable levels of information for their personalised programmes.
