How do I apply to the programs?

Contact me via the contact page and fill in the quick form to get in touch.

 

Numbers will be exchanged to keep up to ensure weekly check ups are done sufficiently. If you would like to communicate alternatively, please do not hesitate to ask for alternatives.

What type of training programs are available?

I offer both face-to-face and online training.

Basic Plan: Personalised Training Plan which can be changed once a month with personal workout videos and weekly check ups through WhatsApp or email.

Premium Plan: Personalised Training AND Diet Plan which can be changed once a month with personal workout videos. Online video meetings twice a week for 30 minutes-1 hour

How much does each training program cost & how can I pay?

Payments taken through paypal. If you do not have paypal please inform me for an alternative.

What if I am not satisfied with the service?

Every training programme and dietary advice is completely confidential and is done to the best of our ability. If you are not satisfied with your programme, you have the option of receiving a brand-new plan at no extra costs to cater to your needs or your money back.
